What is your experience in the cleaning industry?

Our company has provided cleaning services since 1956. Many of our cleaners have worked with our company for more than 10 years which shows they enjoy what they do, they provide an excellent service, and enjoy working for our company. Our management and supervision team combined has over 100 years of experience in the cleaning industry.

What types of facilities do you provide service to?

Royal Building Cleaning provides cleaning services to all types of facilities including commercial, industrial, recreational, institutional, medical, condominium, retail, restaurant and food service companies. We also provide cleaning services to government facilities including municipal offices, libraries, and recreational facilities, regional and federal police facilities.

Are you bonded and insured?

Yes, absolutely. Royal Building Cleaning is full bonded and insured and remains up to date with WSIB Clearance compliance.

If I need to reach someone at your company how can I do so?

Our office is open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm where a live person can take your call. Our account representatives and supervisors are all equipped with smartphones including email access to receive your messages while on the road. We also have an after hours emergency contact number to connect you with a representative of our company in the event of an emergency.

What are the frequencies of service your company offers?

We customize the cleaning service frequencies depending on the needs of our customers. Specialty cleaning services may range from annually to monthly. Regular cleaning services may range from weekly or bi-weekly to daily service. Some clients operating 24 hours have even received service three times per day to cover all shifts.
