Our office is open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm where a live person can take your call. Our account representatives and supervisors are all equipped with smartphones including email access to receive your messages while on the road. We also have an after hours emergency contact number to connect you with a representative of our company in the event of an emergency.
We customize the cleaning service frequencies depending on the needs of our customers. Specialty cleaning services may range from annually to monthly. Regular cleaning services may range from weekly or bi-weekly to daily service. Some clients operating 24 hours have even received service three times per day to cover all shifts.
We can offer Janitorial Service & Office Cleaning during business hours in the form of a day porter. We can provide this service to accommodate your cleaning requirements throughout your business day and offer further support with Janitorial Service & Office Cleaning in the evening. Some clients have a corporate policy to only allow Janitorial Services & Office Cleaning to be completed during business hours and we can accommodate this service as well.

Our inside and outside window cleaning service includes cleaning of tracks, sills, screens, and frames. Screens will be removed and cleaned. Windows that come apart such as Pella windows will be disassembled cleaned and reinstalled. If we are providing an outside only window cleaning services we will remove screens if they are able to be removed from the outside.
No, you do not have to be home for outside window cleaning as long as our team can access all windows around your home. Sometimes this may include ensuring a gate is unlocked to access the backyard. Middle townhouses are often limited by access to the back of the home and the homeowner would need to be home in this case.
Yes, we provide all of the cleaning supplies and equipment to complete your maid services. If you have a specific product request you may provide that product to our team.

We will move furniture our technician is able to move. We ask our customers to please move as many items as possible to ensure the most thorough cleaning to your home or business.
We recommend homeowners clear the area where area rugs are to be returned. We also recommend to ensure the floor area is clean and clear of dirt and debris.
We ask customers that are able to roll up their area rugs and have them ready for pick up. Alternatively we can accommodate moving of furniture and rolling of area rugs for an additional charge. Please contact our office for more details.
